About Joeys
Meetings run for one activity-filled and fun-packed hour. The emphasis is on FUN and friendship and a gentle introduction to a world of challenges and adventure through Scouting. Joey Scouts work together as a Mob on a variety of Mob Challenges. On completion Joey Scouts are awarded badges that they wear on their uniform.

A trained Joey Scout Leader guides a Mob of up to 20 boys and girls as they learn to share and care for each other in a social environment.

Joey Scouts participate in a range of outdoor/weekend activities with compulsory parent involvement, e.g. Joey Fun Day, Trek About and other bushwalks, Group activity days/camps etc.
